CCLC Comments on CMS SNF PPS Proposal

The Continuing Care Leadership Coalition (CCLC) recently sent a letter to Kerry Weems, Administrator of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), weighing in heavily against two provisions in CMS's proposed rule for the skilled nursing facility (SNF) prospective payment system (PPS) for fiscal year 2009.
