Eli
S. Feldman is the President and Chief Executive
Officer of Metropolitan Jewish Health System and its
participating agencies and the Vice-Chair of the Board
of Directors of CCLC. The System is comprised of an
extensive network of continuing care programs including
inpatient residential facilities, home health care,
medical outpatient day treatment, chronic disease management,
hospice services, rehabilitation and subacute care services,
case management and referral services; a Social Health
Maintenance Organization, and a managed care program
for Medicare eligible persons, offering a continuum
of care to more than 20,000 persons in the greater New
York Metropolitan area.
He
is actively involved in a number of State and national
professional organizations serving the chronically impaired
and the elderly such as past Chairman of the Board of
the National Chronic Care Consortium; past Chairman
of the Board, Alliance Continuing Care Network; Past
President and current board member of NYAHSA Services,
Inc.; past Chairman of the Board of the New York Association
of Homes and Services for the Aging; on the Board of
Directors, Association of Jewish Aging Services; a past
Board member of Greater New York Hospital Association;
and, a past member of the American Association of Homes
and Services for the Aging House of Delegates. He served
on Governor Mario Cuomos Task Force on Long Term
Care Reform and The Governors Health Care Advisory
Board; and was also a member of the New York State Senates
Council of Health Care Financing, Committee on Long
Term Care.
He
is a Diplomate of The American College of Healthcare
Executives. Mr. Feldman holds a B.S. Cum Laude, in Business
Administration from C.W. Post College of Long Island
University, and an MBA in Hospital Administration from
Wagner College. |
