CCLC Leadership

The Reverend Ronald J. Rademacher is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Wartburg Lutheran Services and a member of the Board of Directors of CCLC. Wartburg Lutheran Services serves elderly in four geographic regions in New York State—New York City, Long Island, the Mid-Hudson Region and the Albany Region. Wartburg Lutheran Services provides a range of continuing care services through its residential long term care facilities, adult day health care, senior housing, and mobile meals program.

A 1967 graduate of Wartburg Seminary I Dubuque, Iowa, Pastor Rademacher is an ordained pastor of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. In that capacity, he has served as a parish pastor in Pittsburgh, and as the Executive Director of various Lutheran Social Service Agencies in Pennsylvania, Florida and Montana. While in Pittsburgh, he also earned a Masters degree in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh, and subsequently, a J.D. from Duquesne University Law School. From 1981 to 1997, his primary work as an attorney was in the field of Health Care Law.

His position just prior to his coming to Wartburg was with Lutheran Services in America where, as Director of Member Services, he worked with Lutheran social and long-term care agencies throughout the United States. Throughout his varied career, Pr. Rademacher has continued his position on the clergy roster of the Church.
